Casey joined Keen-Summit Capital Partners in 2025 and supports the firm across real estate disposition, lease restructuring, and investment banking assignments. He assists with real estate due diligence and valuation, the development and execution of property marketing plans, and outreach to prospective buyers, including offer solicitation. Casey also supports lease restructuring efforts through lease abstracts, market analysis, and lease negotiations, while contributing to broader business development and marketing initiatives. Casey is earned a BS from the University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business.
