Viceroy L’Ermitage Beverly Hills sells for $100m: Keen-Summit Capital Partners LLC has sold the Viceroy L’Ermitage Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles to New York-based EOS Investors LLC, according to a news release.
The deal concluded on 22 October but was made public only this week. The release states the guide price of $100 million has been secured.
The release states the 116-room “L’Ermitage was one of the properties embroiled in the (1Malaysia Development Berhad) multi-billion-dollar money laundering| scandal involving financier Jho Low,” an ongoing scandal that allegedly went to the very top of the Malaysian government.
The deal is one of the largest hospitality transactions in 2020.
